1. We aim to ship all orders within 2-6 business days of receiving payment. Keep in mind that delivery in non-urban areas may take one or two more days.
2. Once your products have been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number to be able to track your orders.
3. Our shipping costs do not include customs duties and import taxes, since the conditions may vary according to the region. You should bear in mind that estimated delivery times and shipping costs for MELO products vary from country to country.
4. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight and location of the destination. You will be able to see the shipping cost before completing your order.

6. We will provide a package tracking number so that you can track the status of your order online.
7. All purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which could include verification of stock and product availability, validation of the payment method, validation of the invoice and compliance with the conditions required by the selected means of payment. In some cases verification via email may be required.
8. The prices of the products offered in this Online Store are valid only for purchases made on this website.
9. The guarantee does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the guarantee are associated with manufacturing and operating faults under normal conditions of use of the garments and will only be effective if the garments have been used correctly.
Refund Policy
1. Return of products: If a product arrives defective or damaged, you can request a return or replacement. You must notify the email support@meloboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos of the product, its packaging and the damage.
2. You have the responsibility to understand the characteristics of the products and follow the instructions once you have purchased them. We ask you to carefully read the description of the products and follow how to take care of them (washing, polishing). Exceptions to this rule are only made when the description does not fit the product.
3. If you receive the wrong item, you can request a return or replacement. You must notify the email support@meloboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the wrong item.
4. Money refunds will be processed in the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive the refund within 14 working days after receiving the return request, after having studied the particular case.
5. If what you received is not what you expected and you wish to return the product, you can do so within 48 hours of receiving the package. You must notify us via email support@meloboutique.com and send us the items in their original and unused condition within 7 days. In this case you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team via email support@meloboutique.com and tell us the reasons for the return. Once the return has been approved, we will provide you with a return address and issue a refund or replacement as soon as we receive the returned package.
7. Despite everything we have described in the previous points, we are open to consider the individual situation and make fair and reasonable decisions that meet your needs and protect the relationship you have with the MELO brand.
8. Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: personalized products, products with security labels removed, deteriorated or used product.
9. Conditions of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
10. Shipping costs: Original shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of international shipments, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and customs costs corresponding to their country, including return or exchange shipping costs. In the case of returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items, MELO will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
11. Legal rights: Our return and refund policy does not affect the legal rights of the consumer. Consumers are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty or not as described. Consumers also have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours from placing it. After 24 hours without cancellation, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
